Progression

Water 水 · Upper/Lower Body Integration

Course Overview

THE WATER STAGE

Level 0 was Earth — solid, unmoving, the ground you build on.

Level 1 is Water. Water doesn't fight the container, it fills it. It moves without effort and it doesn't stop. That's what your body is going to learn to do with a handgun.

Every shooter who's been through Level 0 knows the fundamentals in static isolation. Grip. Stance. Sight picture. Trigger.

Level 1 is where your upper body and lower body start working together. The gun stays steady while everything under it moves.

Across the Alpha and Bravo blocks you'll work the six Level 1 skills: shooting positions, geometries of fire, turning and shooting, gear set up, multi-target engagement and barricades. Then you shoot the standard. Complete both blocks with a passing score and you are Level 1 qualified.

Training Focus

Primary Course Outcomes

Positions That Fit the Problem

Standing, kneeling, prone and back up again without losing control of the gun. You'll learn to pick the position the problem calls for and build it fast.

Angles, Turns and Awareness

Geometries of fire and turning to shoot. Know where your rounds go and what sits behind the target, and move your feet first so the gun arrives on line.

Flow From Target to Target

Multi-target engagement and barricade work, run with gear that is set up to move with you. Eyes lead, the gun follows, and your body shapes to cover.
