Do I need a FOID or CCL to take this course?
Yes, a valid Illinois FOID is required, but CCL is NOT for live-fire training.

Live-Fire or Classroom?
Live-fire, range-focused training. No classroom instruction.

Course Prerequisite?
You must have completed Defensive Cover & Barricade Shooting - Level 1 or an equivalent foundational class (reach out to us at support@joemalonetraining.com to see if your previous skills qualify).

It was a great class, Jimmy did a great job of trying to keep the class light and fun. We are dealing with boring topics, that are important, but not exciting to be dealing with. He did a great job of it. I would also request that everyone who goes to the class look into membership. Your first month, if done with QR code will get you a month for $5. If you don’t find the membership worth it, I think ya might have a screw loose 😂. But I did it. After the first class, I joined have been off to the races. It is sooooo worth your time and money. You will get more out of it, than you can possibly pay for. Join up people. We have fun at the range and get to meet great people. I’m not one of them. I’m the idiot of the group. 😂🤷‍♂️🤔
