I left with confidence and the desire to continue learning. Joe is both knowledgeable and engaging, providing real world scenarios as part of the training. Not all CCL instructors are created equal and this is one of the reasons it took me so long. I wanted someone who cared about my development (and continued development afterwards since you can only cover so much in 16 hours).
